Refund Policy
For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days (please note: OBITER IMPEX do not receive this amount).
Refunds where applicable are subject to approval upon receiving the return.
When processing Refunds, payment will be made to Source Account. The customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
All refunds may carry charges up to 3% (charged by banks/gateway).
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
- Returns are accepted in unlikely event of wrong product being delivered to you or if order delivery got delayed unreasonably or damages in transit.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
- Refund payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
Returns approved for refund will be processed and refunds will be issued within Seven business days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned by delivery partner due to non-availability of customer at the delivery address, may be reshipped to the customer upon request.
